Every February, Rockdale Rotary Club brings Las Vegas to Rockdale for an evening as our major fundraiser for the year. Join us in 2024 to play games, bid on auction items, enjoy good food and drink, and generally have a lot of fun with friends old and new! Click here to be notified when tickets go on sale this fall.
The success of Casino Night is critical to our ability to serve our community as well as we do, and we rely on the support of local businesses and community members to make it a success. You can help by becoming a sponsor of Casino Night and/or donating one or more items for a Casino Night auction. See more below, or contact us with questions.
What casino games are available at Casino Night?
We make sure to include the classic casino games and to have some variety. Games include blackjack, craps, roulette, several variations of poker, and lots of slot machines.
What other fun things happen at Casino Night?
Casino Night also includes:
- Superbowl Squares board (the event is always held on the weekend before the Superbowl
- Live and silent auctions
- Drawings for cash prizes
What kinds of items are included in the auctions?
We offer a range of items at our auctions, to appeal to different interests as well as different budgets. In recent years, bigger-ticket items have included:
- Handguns, rifles, and shotguns
- Women’s luxury items (such as designer handbags and jewelry)
- Houston Astros tickets for 4 with passes to on-field batting practice
- UT baseball tickets for 4 with a meet-and-greet with the coach and players
- Weekend get-a-away to Luckenbach
- Thermal hog hunt
- Large-screen TV
Smaller-ticket items have included a variety of gift baskets, Texas-distilled bourbon, gift certificates from local merchants, jewelry, locally famous peanut brittle, and baked goods.
What kinds of auction items are you looking for this year, and how do I donate something?
We try to have several experience packages up for auction, such as VIP experiences, travel packages, and sporting event packages. Beyond that, we simply strive to offer items that appeal to a variety of interests and budgets. If you want to donate something but aren’t sure what, just let us know!

Who sponsors Casino Night, and what benefits does a sponsor receive?
We offer two levels of sponsorships. Benefit details for the 2024 Casino Night are still being finalized, and we will update this page soon as they are available. Last year, the benefits included:
Platinum Sponsor
- Two tickets to the event
- Company logo on pre-event advertisement and a large banner at the event entrance
- Company name displayed on one gaming table and a large banner above the stage at the event, and recognized in the Rockdale Reporter
- Company introduced during critical points of the event
General Sponsor
