Membership Commitments & Expectations
The ability of the club to meet its primary mission of serving the community through service projects and financial donations depends on the active participation of our members.
All Rockdale Rotarians are expected to, at a minimum:
- Attend new-member orientation
- Pay monthly dues (2023 dues are $65/month) in a timely manner
- Become a Sustaining Member by donating to the Rotary Foundation a minimum of $100 annually
- Help with our primary fundraiser, Casino Night, held in early February
We hope that each member will take advantage of the diversity of options for participating in and contributing to Rockdale Rotary by working with the Board to find opportunities that best fit their interests and abilities.
We strongly encourage each Rockdale Rotarian to take part in as many of the following activities as possible:
- Attend and participate in membership meetings
- Participate in service projects
- Actively serve on at least one committee
- Support fundraising activities
- Participate in other club activities
